The agreement between you and DigiPix Media for using the platform. Last updated 1 July 2026.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and DigiPix Media for use of the DigiPix CRM platform and related websites.
If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your organization's workspaces and user seats.
We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk or violate these terms.
DigiPix provides CRM software as a service, including lead capture, pipeline, communication and related features subject to your plan entitlements.
We may update features over time. Material reductions to paid plan capabilities will be communicated in advance where practical.
You may not misuse DigiPix to send spam, violate privacy or anti-spam laws, probe or attack systems, or store unlawful content.
You remain responsible for obtaining required consents for marketing and messaging channels you enable.
Paid plans are billed per seat according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written order.
Trials convert to paid plans only when you choose a plan; your data remains available during the trial window.
DigiPix and its branding, software and documentation remain DigiPix Media property. You retain ownership of your customer data.
You grant DigiPix a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiPix's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
